The Holy Trinity
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, who together with His Son, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit, created the heavens and the earth. God is existent in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each of the three Persons of this Holy Trinity possesses one indivisible essence of Deity and therefore, they possess the same infinite knowledge, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness, and truth.
The Human Condition
I believe that God created mankind in His perfect image, but they subsequently rebelled against Him which resulted in both spiritual and physical death. Thus, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and sin at the age of accountability. They are alienated from God and incapable of remedying their sinful condition by their own efforts.
The Sacrifice of Jesus Christ
I believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate being fully God as well as being fully Man. He was conceived in the womb of the Virgin Mary through the Holy Spirit. He lived a sinless and perfect life that fully pleased His Father and finished His earthly mission by dying for our sins on the cross. The sacrifice of Jesus satisfied the judgment demanded by God’s holy justice against sin, thus making it possible for God to justify those who truly believe in Jesus without compromise.
Jesus Christ – The Only Way to Eternal Life
I believe that Jesus Christ is the Word of God who became flesh and dwelt among us; and now He is the only Door, the only Way, that one can enter the Kingdom of Heaven and live eternally in the presence of God. False religions and false teachers say that there are different paths that can lead to eternal life, but Jesus Christ Himself has said that there is only one way to the Father, and that is through the Son of God; Jesus Christ Himself. There is no other way!
God is also Our Father
I believe that Almighty God, the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ is also the Father of all who believe in His Son. We are the Bride of the Lord Jesus but, we are also the sons and daughters of The Father.
The Holy Spirit
I believe that the Lord, in the presence of the Holy Spirit, is sent to all believers in Christ at the moment of their “born again” conversion. He indwells them eternally and in this life, He guides them in their walk and growth in Christ. The Holy Spirit bestows spiritual gifts upon the God’s chosen people and which empowers them for day-to-day service and holy living.
The Bible
I believe that God speaks to His people in this life through both the Old and New Testaments. It is God’s revelation concerning Who He Is and Who We Are together with the relation that exists between God and man. The Scriptures are NOT man’s witness that God exists, but God’s witness to man. It contains God-breathed words that are true in every respect; there are no contradictions or superfluous information. One may ask, “Why did God use men to write the Bible?” Answer: In order to reveal Himself in a language that man can understand; also human writers emphasize God’s desire for relationship with man. Finally, the Holy Spirit will not bear witness to the misuse of Scripture, but the power of heaven is manifested toward the readers and hearers of faithful teachers.
The Church
I believe that the true church consists of a remnant of people in every nation and ethnic group who are “born again” and have totally submitted themselves to the Lordship of Jesus. I am not referring to any particularly identifiable organization or structure. A great separation will take place during the coming days of darkness when the unregenerate will “fall away” from the midst of the true church and “betray” those who remain:
Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name's sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.
The Second Coming of Jesus Christ
I believe in the personal, bodily and pre-millennial return of our Lord Jesus Christ. This will occur at a time when the enemies of the Lord have gathered at Armageddon and are descending upon the city of Jerusalem. The Lord Jesus will then descend with a mighty army to rescue the chosen remnant Israel and to establish His millennial kingdom from where He will reign over the whole earth for 1,000 years. At the end of this millennial era, all mankind who have ever lived will stand before God our Father and those who have denied His Son will be cast into outer darkness, but the sons and daughters, who have been “born again” in the spirit, will join Him in His eternal kingdom.
